The Eel River Ranch consists of approximately 4,331 acres, with over two miles of Eel River frontage. The range feed is first quality, having gone through several years of brush clearing, reseeding and fertilization. The roads are in excellent condition with two-wheel drive most of the year. This ranch is located seven miles west of Covelo Town in Round Valley. From the east end of the Ranch to the Eel River is about three miles. An open area along the river could most likely land small planes.
